Can my clients search their own archives?

Yes. Add client users to the workspace and they can search their old email in their browser. No Outlook installation or VPN required.

What plan should I use for client work?

Team plan (29 EUR/month, 5 users, 500 GB) works well for most MSPs handling a few clients. Enterprise (149 EUR/month, 50 users, 2 TB) is better for MSPs managing many clients or large archives.
